The gorgeous lady who will represent Mexico in the upcoming Miss Universe 2015 pageant is no other than Wendolly Esparza. She won Nuestra Belleza México 2014 making her the rightful candidates of her country in the 64th edition of Miss Universe competition. The pageant is one of the most anticipated events in the pageantry every year and Miss Universe as the biggest international beauty pageant is filled with many interesting, stunning and intelligent candidates from all over the world. So, among these ladies, let’s all discuss Wendolly Esparza from Mexico.

Wendolly is a 24 year old lady from Mexico who was crowned Nuestra Belleza Aguascalientes 2014 and Nuestra Belleza México 2014. She was born at Evanston, Illionois, USA on June 28, 1991. She stands at 1.75 m (5 ft 9 in) with black hair and dark brown eyes. She’s a journalist and model aside from being a beauty pageant titleholder.

Even though she was born in Illinois, her family was a native of the central Mexican state of Aguascalientes. She finished her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in Latin American Literature in Loyola University Chicago’s School of Communication last 2013. She took part as a local news intern for Univision Chicago while she’s still studying. When she returned to Mexico, she then competed in different beauty pageants with 2014 Feria Nacional de San Marcos as the first competition she had participated.

Wendolly joined the Nuestra Belleza Aguascalientes where she won and advance to the national competition of Nuestra Belleza México 2014. She eventually became the winner at the end of the event beating 31 other contenders in the competition. The 2014 edition of Nuestra Belleza México was directed by the former Miss Universe titleholder Lupita Jones. Wendolly was then crowned at the Jardines de México Park in Jojutla, Morelos on October 25, 2014.

There are some controversies that took place where Mexico pulled out from the Miss Universe 2015 pageant because of Donald Trump opinion about Mexican emigrants. However, Mexico finally decided to participate in Miss Universe 2015 after Trump sold the entire Miss Universe franchise to a new owner.

Now, Wendolly is all set and ready to compete to be the next Miss Mexico to win the Miss Universe title after the victory of Ximena Navarette way back in 2010. Miss Universe 2015 pageant will takes place on December 20, 2015 at Las Vegas, Nevada.
