Ever since Kosovo debuted in Miss Universe pageant way back in 2008, it then became one of the most anticipated countries to look forward every year in the competition. We can’t deny the fact that every candidates that represented Kosovo in Miss Universe pageant were truly looks astoundingly amazing and radiant. So, is this year’s representative from Kosovo going to catch everyone’s attention and will manage to win the crown? No one can tell about that for now, but we can take a look on some information about Miss Kosovo 2015 – Mirjeta Shala in order to know if she has what it takes to win the title this year.

Mirjeta is an Albanian-Kosovar TV host and model. She’s a 21 year old lady who was crowned Miss Kosovo 2013 and was set to represent her country in Miss Universe 2013. However, Kosovo withdrew from the pageant that time; she then signed a contract with Trump Model Management. Now, she’s returning on the pageant scene and will give her best to make her country proud by bringing home the Miss Universe 2015 crown and title.

Shala is studying at Universiteti AAB-Riinvest where she’s taking up Economic and Marketing Business Administration.

On August 17, 2013; she was crowned as Miss Kosova 2013 (Miss Universe Kosovo 2013) and she will represent Kosovo in Miss Universe pageant that year in Moscow, Russia. Yet, in October the Miss Universe Kosovo Organization withdrew from the pageant that year because the contestant was not allowed to enter Russia. Well, that was quite a misfortunate event for Mirjeta because Russia does not recognize Kosovo’s passport, thus she wasn’t able to compete in the competition.

She’s now returning as the representative of her country in the upcoming Miss Universe 2015 pageant after she was appointed on October 18, 2015. The announcement was made by the main Facebook account of Miss Universe Kosovo Organization since the national pageant was postponed this year and will be held in 2016.

Now, Mirjeta will finally do what she supposed to do 2 years ago, and now she’s stronger than ever and gained more experience and confident that will help her to win this year’s pageant.
